It\u2019s been a hot and busy Summer for us at Casa Spazio. We recently completed a penthouse design project in Chicago that we are thrilled to share with you. We worked in collaboration with Yvette Cusack of <\/span>BJC Designs<\/span><\/a>, a local interior design firm in Chicago and we couldn\u2019t be happier with the results! <\/span><\/p>\n

A special thanks to the rest of the design team: <\/span>Creative Mirror and Shower<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Stone Masters<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Studio41<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Artistic Tile<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Lightology<\/span><\/a>, and <\/span>Carlilse Wide Plank Flooring<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

The project included a series of custom sandblasted Glass Doors by <\/span>Casali<\/span><\/a>. Casali glass doors combine design and functionality. They are available in multiple variations such as swinging, sliding, hinged, and pocket doors. And their designs are completely customizable. Customers can provide their own image for any door or solution allowing for unlimited design and finish possibilities. <\/span>Learn more here<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The kitchen included a Totem table by Sovet outfitted with Sharon Chairs from Midj<\/a>. The Cesar kitchen island was paired with Cliff stools by Cattelan Italia<\/a> from our showroom.<\/span><\/p>\n

The dining room Evoque Table and Light Chairs are from Constantini, topped off with a gorgeous light fixture from our neighbors at Lightology.<\/span><\/p>\n

The star of the Living Room is the <\/span>Edwin Sectional by Gamma<\/span><\/a>, a perfect mix of traditional and modern design. The sectional can be edited by adding on a chaise, peninsula, an armless or one arm sofa parts to perfectly match any living room. Edwin has plenty of cushion for comfort without looking too bulky. In this space, we paired it with the <\/span>Six Coffee Table by Bross<\/span><\/a>, a multifunctional coffee table composed of a collection of various pieces of different heights. Here we used 5 of the pieces to create a complete coffee table. The Six is distinguished by its hexagonal shape, a walnut or oakwood frame, and a bright glossy lacquered top.<\/span><\/p>\n

The smaller seating area off the main living room was outfitted by a Sovet Totem coffee table, Bea lounge chairs from Porada, and Wonder Lights by Penta.<\/span><\/p>\n

The spacious penthouse included both a Den and a home office. The Den can be a relaxing work space or spacious guest room, featuring a Murphy bed and sofa by Clei, a President Jr. Air Desk by <\/span>Gallotti & Radice<\/span><\/a> with <\/span>F12 Chair by Midj<\/span><\/a>, and a Pileo Lamp from Porada. The elegant office setup includes an Air Desk by <\/span>Gallotti & Radice<\/span><\/a> with a <\/span>Meeting Chair by Bross<\/span><\/a>. The Meeting office chair features a modern cut and unique padding to create an ergonomic and stylish chair. A perfect fit for prestigious offices and refined home environments like this one.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cozy Guest Room features the Wing Up bed and <\/span>Box Dresser<\/span><\/a> from <\/span>Presotto<\/span><\/a> and a beautiful teal <\/span>Amelie Lounge Chair<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Geo Ottoman by Saba<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
