The <\/span>River North Design District (RNDD)<\/span><\/a> held their annual River North Fall Gallery Walk on Friday, September 7th and Saturday, September 8th, 2018. \u00a0Each participating showroom exhibited design vignettes from Chicago\u2019s top designers which showcased living settings highlighting artwork created by some of the brightest stars in the art world today. <\/span><\/p>\n

This year, Casa Spazio was lucky enough to be paired with the extremely talented <\/span>Mitchell Channon Design<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Hilton | Asmus Contemporary<\/span><\/a> art gallery. Mitchell Channon put together a stunning display centered around the theme of UBUNTU \u2014 I AM BECAUSE WE ARE.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cUbuntu\u201d means finding our humanity in our connection with others. The centerpiece of the vignette was \u201cMankind III,\u201d a beautiful photograph from world renowned photographer, <\/span>David Yarrow<\/span><\/a>, represented by Hilton | Asums Contemporary. It was a wonderful night filled with art and design.<\/span><\/p>\n

We had over 200 people come through the showroom that evening to celebrate our connection to the world community at Casa Spazio. We had food, drinks, and live traditional African music.<\/span><\/p>\n
