The Mad Max Ceramic Dining Table by Cattelan Italia, designed by Paolo Cattelan, is a bold expression of contemporary Italian design, combining architectural geometry with luxurious materials. Defined by its distinctive angular metal bases and elegant ceramic top, Mad Max creates a striking visual presence that transforms any dining space into a sophisticated gathering environment.

The table’s sculptural “Double X” steel base features intersecting V-shaped legs that provide exceptional stability while delivering a dynamic, modern aesthetic. This architecture shifts in appearance depending on your vantage point in the room—looking robust and solid from the side, but revealing open, airy negative space when viewed from the ends. The steel is available in embossed, textured lacquer coatings (such as Titanium, Bronze, Graphite, or Black) or premium hand-brushed Brushed Bronze or Brushed Grey metallics.

The top is made from Cattelan Italia’s elite Marmi Ceramic, available in a massive selection of matte or glossy configurations (such as Glossy Sahara Noir, Breccia, Golden Calacatta, and Alabastro).
