The standard Planer Ceramic (Keramik) is a beautiful table, but its layout consists of a sleek, thin ceramic slab resting flush on top of a steel base. It is minimalist, sharp, and highly geometric.
The Planer Ceramic (Keramik) Premium completely changes that relationship. It takes that same high-tech ceramic and marries it with an incredibly tactile, heavy frame. It is the perfect choice if you love the durability of a stone table but want something that feels significantly more substantial, warm, and tailored.
The defining feature of this table is its profile. Instead of a flat, exposed ceramic edge, the top is built into a massive 5 to 6 cm thick lower profile frame. This thick under-rim is finished in either Brushed Bronze or Brushed Grey. It wraps entirely around the ceramic like a jewelry setting, creating a soft metallic glow around the table's edge and completely shifting the table’s energy. It tricks the eye into thinking the table is constructed from a solid, monumental slab of stone rather than a thin panel, giving the piece a commanding, high-luxury weight in the room.

The soul of this table is its intersecting steel base. Instead of four boring legs stuck on the corners, Planer utilizes a central, architectural trestle system with sharp, geometric cuts. It’s a bit of an optical illusion: when you look at it from the side, it looks robust, solid, and structural. But walk around to the head of the table, and the base seems to open up, revealing beautiful geometric negative space. You can ground the airy look of the glass with heavier, matte textured coatings (Titanium, Bronze, Graphite, or Black Embossed Steel) or add a touch of luxury with hand-brushed metallics (Brushed Bronze or Brushed Grey).
Because the steel trestle legs pull inward toward the center line of the table rather than flaring out to the corners, you will never hit your knees on a table leg again.
