If the glass version of the Planer table is about transparency and the ceramic version is about stone-like drama, the Planer Wood table is the one designed for homes that crave pure, organic warmth. It takes Paolo Cattelan’s hyper-modern, geometric steel base and crowns it with a massive, incredibly tactile wooden surface that instantly softens a room. When you choose the Planer Wood table, you aren't locked into a single style. 

The organic wooden top floats over the iconic Planer steel trestle base. Instead of four boring legs stuck out on the corners, it features an intersecting network of tubular steel with bold, angular cuts. It’s a fascinating base to live with: when you view it from the side, it looks heavy, solid, and incredibly structural. But stand at the head of the table, and the angles shift, opening up beautiful negative spaces that keep the table from visually crowding your room. You can finish the steel in architectural matte lacquers (Titanium, Bronze, Graphite, or Black) or elevate it with hand-brushed metallics (Brushed Bronze or Brushed Grey). 

From a practical, day-to-day perspective, the Planer design is a hosting dream. Because the steel trestle legs pull tightly inward toward the center line of the floor rather than flaring out to the corners, there are no corner legs to contend with.
