Designed by Gabriele Ghetti, the Sayonara is a masterclass in clean, geometric architecture, acting as a powerful visual anchor while wrapping you in sensory-rich comfort.

The Quickship program carefully curates the bed in Gamma’s most highly coveted, universally stunning leather finishes and sizes, ensuring you get artisanal Italian craftsmanship on an accelerated timeline. They were pre-built in timeless, designer-preferred neutral color and size. 

The defining visual characteristic of the Sayonara is its incredible balance of vertical theater and sleek, low-slung lines. Standing at an impressive 59 inches tall, the oversized headboard instantly transforms your bedroom into a high-end boutique hotel. It features a beautifully padded, block-like geometric design divided by crisp vertical and horizontal accent seams, giving large master walls a sense of grounded structure. To contrast the sweeping vertical height of the headboard, the frame utilizes a clean, tailored 12-to-13-inch high low-profile platform base. The entire structure sits on hidden, recessed 1.5-inch solid hardwood legs finished in a rich Wenge wood, creating a subtle, floating silhouette that keeps room sightlines feeling open and airy. 

True to Gamma’s reputation, the Sayonara is engineered to feel like a high-performance piece of living room furniture rather than a rigid sleeping frame. The interior of the massive headboard is packed with multi-density, structural polyurethane foam that maintains its shape permanently. It won't pack down, ripple, or sag over time, no matter how often you lean against it. The heavy-duty hardwood baseline is generously wrapped in soft protective wadding before being upholstered. This softens every edge, completely eliminating sharp, hard corners where your shins or feet might bump the bed. 

The cushioned elasticity of the headboard makes it incredibly comfortable to sit up against. When you are reading, scrolling through your tablet, or enjoying a lazy Sunday morning coffee, it provides solid, ergonomic spinal support—completely eliminating the need to stack up loose accent pillows for comfort.
